Claims Paralegal

Robert Half is partnering with a growing organization to identify an experienced Contract Paralegal to support a high‑volume capital recovery and claims process. This role focuses on reviewing damage claims, assessing liability, and supporting recovery and litigation efforts under attorney supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

Review damage and claims files, including photos, reports, and supporting documentation Evaluate facts and assist with initial liability and fault assessments Draft demand letters and professional correspondence to third parties Support settlement negotiations under attorney direction Track recoveries and assist with intake of settlement payments Coordinate with outside counsel on escalated matters and litigation support Assist with discovery responses, document production, and case tracking Provide general legal operations support, including legal mail, invoices, and file management Coordinate execution of legal documents and support regulatory or land‑re

Qualifications:

Paralegal certificate or equivalent experience required; bachelor's degree preferred 3+ years of paralegal experience, ideally in claims, insurance subrogation, litigation support, or recovery work Experience reviewing and managing case files independently Strong drafting and written communication skills Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities Comfortable working with minimal supervision in a fast‑paced environment Notary Public preferred (or willingness to obtain) Proficiency with Microsoft Office Robert Half is the world's first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
