This is a billable position with reasonable annual requirements and is ideal for a motivated professional with a strong understanding of litigation procedures. Competitive salary is dependent upon experience.
Primary Responsibilities:
  • Draft pleadings, discovery, motions, and limited correspondence.
  • Assist with e-filing and service of documents in state and federal courts.
  • Manage discovery requests and document productions.
  • Obtain and summarize records.
  • Manage binders for hearings, depositions, and mediations.
  • Manage expert binders and trial exhibits.
  • Accurately record billable time in compliance with client guidelines.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum three years of paralegal experience .
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.
  • Strong writing, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Comfortable using technology to improve processes and work product.
