Full Job Description Estate Planning & Probate Paralegal (In-Office) About Branscomb Law Branscomb Law is a full-service Texas law firm providing legal counsel in business, estate planning, probate, labor and employment, litigation, oil, gas and energy, real estate, and tax law. Description Branscomb Law is seeking an experienced Estate Planning and Probate Paralegal to join our team. This position requires documented, direct, hands-on experience in estate planning, probate administration, and related legal processes. We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing a high-responsibility workload in a fast-paced legal environment. The ideal candidate has several years of experience and can work independently while supporting attorneys throughout the entire estate planning and probate workflow. Experience handling contested probate matters is a strong plus.
This position will involve:
Working directly with clients, attorneys, court staff, and third parties Drafting estate planning and probate documents Preparing and filing documents with the appropriate courts Managing deadlines, calendars, and case progression Organizing files and supporting attorneys through all phases of the process Maintaining professional communication at all times This is an in-office position, Monday through Friday, at our Corpus Christi office. This role is not remote or hybrid. Documented and substantive experience in estate planning and probate (required) Experience with contested probate matters (strong plus) Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-through Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency with MS Office, Adobe Acrobat, Tabs3 and Net Documents.
