$50,000+ annually, commensurate with experienceOur client, a well-established full-service law firm in Corpus Christi, is seeking two experienced Paralegals to support its growing Estate Planning and Probate practice.

This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented legal professional with strong experience managing estate planning and probate matters from start to finish. The ideal candidates will be highly organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple files and deadlines in a busy law firm environment.

What You'll DoManage estate planning and probate files from opening through completionPrepare and review wills, trusts, powers of attorney, probate pleadings, inventories, notices, and other related legal documentsAssist with probate filings and communicate with courts, clerks, clients, beneficiaries, and other third partiesMaintain case calendars, track deadlines, and ensure matters continue progressing efficientlySupport attorneys with document preparation, legal case management, and administrative tasksMaintain accurate, organized, and confidential client and matter informationCommunicate professionally with clients and other parties throughout the legal processAssist with matters in other practice areas as neededWhat We're Looking For4+ years of paralegal experience4+ years of legal case management experience2+ years of probate experience2+ years of estate planning experienceStrong knowledge of estate planning and probate processes and documentationExcellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and follow-throughStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to independently manage multiple matters, competing priorities, and deadlinesProficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe AcrobatHigh school diploma or equivalentAbility to work full-time, in-office in Corpus ChristiPreferred QualificationsExperience with Tabs3Experience with NetDocumentsCompensation & BenefitsCompetitive compensation starting at $50,000+, commensurate with qualifications and experience401(k)Medical, dental, and vision insuranceLife, AD&D, and disability insuranceFlexible Spending Account and Health Savings Account optionsPaid time offFlexible schedulingFree parkingProfessional development assistance
