Must have experience in handling all aspects of the litigation process from intake through trial preparation. Must have ability to manage deadlines with multiple priorities. Will assist attorney in drafting court documents including petitions, discovery requests, discovery responses and motions. Will be responsible for scheduling meetings, depositions and hearings. Must be able to multi-task, work under pressure and communicate professionally. Salary determined by level of experience and ability. Full benefits provided.
