Senior Litigation Paralegal (Personal Injury)

We are seeking a qualified Litigation Paralegal to become a part of our Dallas litigation team. Candidates should have at least 3-5 years of litigation experience , preferably involving personal injury cases .

Responsibilities:

Preparing discovery and discovery responses Preparation for hearings, trials, mediation, and scheduling depositions Drafting and filing pleadings and motions Calendaring hearings and deadlines Performing administrative duties Ability to organize and prioritize a litigation docket Ability in monitoring medical care, following up on medical and billing affidavits Ability to communicate with clients and provide excellent customer service Communicate with the court

Qualifications:

Previous experience as a ligation paralegal is required Ability to prioritize and multitask Excellent written and verbal communication skills Deadline and detail-oriented Needles experience Must be
