Job Description

Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Paralegal to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting attorneys with various legal tasks, ensuring that all documentation and case management processes are handled efficiently. This position requires strong organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple cases, and a solid understanding of legal procedures. Responsibilities Assist attorneys in preparing for trials, hearings, and meetings by conducting thorough document reviews and legal research. Manage legal case files, ensuring all documents are organized and accessible. Conduct interviews with clients and witnesses to gather necessary information for cases. e-file case documents with the court. Support litigation processes by preparing pleadings, motions, and discovery materials. Collaborate with attorneys on personal injury cases, including drafting demands. Utilize case management software for effective document management and project tracking. Stay updated on relevant laws, particularly in tort law, to provide informed support. Skills Proficient in drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery. Proficient in e-fileing case documents with the court. Proficient in legal case management practices with a strong attention to detail. Experience in communicating with clients, witnesses, and experts effectively. Ability to perform thorough document reviews with accuracy. Strong project management skills to handle multiple cases simultaneously. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to liaise with clients and legal professionals.
