Experienced Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal Edinburg, TX 78539 Full-time Full-time Experienced Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal The Law Office of Bobby Garcia is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal to join our growing litigation team. This position is ideal for a candidate who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has strong organizational skills, and possesses substantial experience handling personal injury litigation cases from filing through trial. Our firm represents individuals who have been injured in motor vehicle accidents, commercial vehicle collisions, workplace incidents, premises liability claims, and other catastrophic injury matters. We are looking for a litigation paralegal who can take ownership of case management and work closely with attorneys to aggressively pursue justice for our clients. Responsibilities Manage a litigation caseload from filing through resolution. Draft pleadings, discovery requests, discovery responses, motions, notices, subpoenas, and correspondence. Coordinate and schedule depositions, mediations, hearings, and trial settings. Review, summarize, and organize medical records, billing records, and case evidence. Prepare deposition summaries and litigation chronologies. Assist attorneys with trial preparation, exhibits, witness files, and trial notebooks. Maintain case deadlines and litigation calendars. Communicate professionally with clients, opposing counsel, experts, healthcare providers, and court personnel. Prepare and file legal documents in state and federal courts. Organize and maintain electronic case files. Assist with settlement documentation and case resolution. QualificationsRequired Minimum 3 years of litigation paralegal experience. Minimum 2 years of personal injury litigation experience. Strong knowledge of Texas Rules of Civil Procedure. Experience drafting discovery, pleadings, and litigation-related documents. Experience managing multiple active litigation files simultaneously. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to work independently while maintaining a team-oriented mindset. Preferred 5+ years of personal injury litigation experience. Trial preparation experience. Experience with Filevine or other case management software. Bilingual (English/Spanish). Texas Paralegal Certificate or equivalent experience.
