Company Description Cal Mundell Law Firm, P.L.L.C. is an El Paso, Texas-based litigation law firm that handles wrongful death and catastrophic personal injury cases throughout the entire states of Texas and New Mexico. The Firm prides itself on the fact that each and every case we handle is aggressively litigated and prepared for trial. No stone is left unturned. Role Description We are seeking a skilled Litigation Case Manager to join our legal team to assist our Paralegal. The ideal candidate will have experience in legal administrative tasks and possess a strong understanding of litigation processes and procedures. This is a full-time on-site role located in El Paso, Texas, for a Litigation Paralegal. The Litigation Case Manager will be responsible for preparing legal documents, reviewing documents, conducting legal research, and assisting in the preparation of pleadings and motions per the Paralegals request. Day-to-day tasks include organizing and maintaining case files, managing case calendars, and coordinating with attorneys and other legal staff to support ongoing litigation. Qualifications Previous experience working as a Case Manager or in a similar role Proficiency in using CasePeer or similar document management software Strong knowledge of legal research methods and resources Familiarity with contract review and drafting is a plus Skills in Legal Document Preparation and Document Review Proficiency in Legal Research Experience in preparing Pleadings and Motions Strong organizational and time-management skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment Bachelor's degree or Paralegal certification is preferred Experience in litigation or a law firm setting is a plus Join our team and contribute to the success of our legal practice while gaining valuable experience in the field of litigation support.
Pay:
$15.00 - $20.00 per hour
