Job Description Addison Group is partnering with our client to hire an experienced Corporate Paralegal to join a growing in-house legal team. This is a high-impact opportunity for a detail-oriented legal professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys supporting corporate transactions, governance, compliance, and legal operations. The ideal candidate will bring strong organizational skills, sound judgment, and the ability to manage sensitive information with discretion while partnering closely with internal leadership and outside counsel. Key Responsibilities Assist with corporate entity maintenance, governance records, and organizational documentation across multiple jurisdictions Prepare and organize legal documents including resolutions, consents, contracts, and compliance filings Support transactional activities through document coordination, due diligence tracking, and file management Maintain legal records, databases, and document management systems to ensure accuracy and compliance Coordinate with outside counsel and internal departments regarding legal documentation and ongoing matters Track deadlines, filings, and other critical legal obligations across multiple projects Assist with review and organization of investor, fund, and securities-related documentation Support contract administration, including vendor agreements, confidentiality agreements, and other commercial documents Help facilitate legal department projects and administrative initiatives as assigned Handle confidential legal and business information with professionalism and discretion Qualifications 5+ years of paralegal experience in a corporate legal department and/or law firm environment (experience in the energy and/or real estate industries is highly preferred) Strong experience supporting corporate governance, entity management, and transactional legal matters Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal document management systems Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail and discretion when handling confidential information Experience supporting securities or fund-related matters is a plus Paralegal certificate or certification is a plus  Addison Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
