Personal Injury Paralegal - Houston $23-$33 per hour Solo personal injury attorney seeking an organized and motivated paralegal to help keep a busy boutique practice moving forward. Some periods involve active litigation, while other periods focus on pre-suit case development and settlement. The work shifts with the cases, so the right candidate should be comfortable handling both. Role Responsibilities Handle correspondence and filings via e-file, email, fax, and mail Maintain organized case files and a reliable calendaring system Request and organize medical and billing records and assist with demand preparation Communicate with clients, adjusters, and medical providers Assist with litigation matters, including discovery and deadline tracking Handle intake calls and help sign new cases Environment Solo practitioner office so you'll work directly with the lawyer You will often be the only staff member in the office, so organization and self-direction are important Personal injury experience preferred If this sounds like a good fit for you, please apply.
