A proactive self-starter who takes ownership of their cases and deadlines Strong sense of urgency and ability to prioritize tasks effectively Professional, courteous, and compassionate when communicating with clients Dependable and detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy in all work Able to thrive in a busy, team-oriented environment Eager to learn and grow within the firm Responsibilities Draft and file pleadings, discovery, and correspondence for 1 attorney Manage case files from intake through settlement or trial Communicate with clients, medical providers, insurance adjusters, experts, opposing counsel and assistants Review and summarize medical records and billing Assist attorneys with trial preparation, mediation, and depositions Track and calendar deadlines in compliance with Texas Rules of Civil Procedure Client communications and assisting with intake process Translation for 1 attorney and 1 case manager Ordering medical records and billing Client relations management Participate in marketing efforts to help grow the firm's brand and community presence, including client outreach, firm events, and online engagement initiatives

Qualifications:

Minimum 6 months of personal injury experience in a Texas law firm Familiarity with Texas civil procedure and court e-filing systems Fluent in Spanish — speaking, reading, and writing are required Excellent time management and organizational skills Strong written and verbal communication abilities Proficient in Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, and case management software
