Job Description

About us Haney Paschal & Romoser, P.C. is a rapidly growing law firm in Huntsville, Texas that handles a wide variety of cases. For more information about our office, please visit https://www.huntsville-texas-attorneys.com This position involves assisting attorneys with day to day case management.
Basic responsibilities include:
Drafts and prepares pleadings, motions, briefs, abstracts, petitions, summary judgments, legal correspondence, and other legal documents for the attorneys to review. Organizes service of legal documents. Files pleadings with courts. Schedules and prepares attorneys for hearings, trials, meetings, interviews, appellate arguments, depositions, and docket calls. Daily correspondence with clients via telephone, email and in person. Reviews and performs redacting of confidential documents for filing with various courts. Performs related work as assigned Experience in the legal field is preferred but not required to be considered for employment. Applicants who have graduated from an accredited four-year college or university are desired. Pay will be determined based on experience.
