Job Description
Catastrophic Injury & Mass Torts Location:
Dallas, TX I am partnering with a well-established plaintiff-side trial firm in Dallas that is hiring for two separate paralegal positions: one focused on catastrophic injury and serious personal injury/wrongful death cases, and one focused on mass torts. These roles support high-impact, plaintiff-side litigation in a trial-focused environment. The salary for these roles will be market-competitive and commensurate with experience, with generous performance-based bonuses. What We Need 3+ years of plaintiff-side personal catastrophic injury or mass torts litigation paralegal experience Experience managing a busy litigation docket from intake through resolution Ability to draft and organize pleadings, discovery, and related litigation documents Experience coordinating records (medical, employment, billing) and maintaining case files and databases Hands-on support for depositions, mediations, and trial preparation Strong client communication skills and comfort working with experts, referring counsel, and multiple attorneys Close attention to detail and ability to manage significant volume in an organized, systemic way Comfortable working in a structured, metrics-driven, team-based environment Prior experience with multi-plaintiff or MDL work (pharma, device, environmental, asbestos, or similar) is required for the mass torts position Spanish/English bilingual skills strongly preferred, but not required What You'll Get Pay is competitive and at the top of the market for individuals with similar experience Strong benefits package and a trial-focused, collaborative work environment Opportunity to work on serious personal injury, wrongful death, trucking/motor vehicle, or complex mass tort matters Meaningful responsibility in case development, discovery, and trial preparation rather than purely administrative work Exposure to high-value plaintiff-side litigation and a firm culture that supports performance and long-term growth Apply now!
