Job Description

Job Summary A respected legal services team is seeking a Paralegal
  • Personal Injury to support attorneys with active personal injury litigation matters in Longview, TX.
This role is ideal for an experienced litigation paralegal who is organized, detail-oriented, and confident managing case files, deadlines, documents, and client communication throughout the litigation process. This opportunity offers a stable Monday through Friday schedule, competitive compensation, and the chance to make a meaningful impact for clients during important legal matters. Key Responsibilities
  • Assist attorneys with personal injury litigation matters from client intake through discovery, case preparation, and trial support.
  • Draft and prepare pleadings, motions, discovery requests, correspondence, and other legal documents.
  • Organize, maintain, and update case files, medical records, evidence, and litigation documentation.
  • Coordinate depositions, mediations, hearings, court filings, deadlines, and case calendars.
  • Communicate professionally with clients, witnesses, medical providers, experts, and internal legal teams.
  • Support legal research, document review, case preparation, and trial-related projects. Compensation and Benefits
  • Salary range: $45,000 to $55,000 per year.
  • Job type: Direct hire.
  • Schedule:
    Monday through Friday.
