Job Summary A respected legal services team is seeking a Paralegal
  • Personal Injury for a temp-to-hire opportunity in Marshall, TX.
This role is ideal for an experienced litigation paralegal who is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable supporting attorneys through all phases of personal injury case management. This opportunity offers a stable Monday through Friday schedule, competitive pay, and the chance to make a meaningful impact for clients navigating the litigation process. Key Responsibilities
  • Assist attorneys with personal injury litigation matters from client intake through trial preparation.
  • Draft and prepare pleadings, motions, discovery requests, correspondence, and other legal documents.
  • Organize, maintain, and update case files, medical records, evidence, and litigation documentation.
  • Coordinate depositions, mediations, hearings, court filings, deadlines, and case calendars.
  • Communicate professionally with clients, witnesses, medical providers, experts, and internal legal teams.
  • Support legal research, case preparation, document review, and trial-related projects. Compensation and Benefits
  • Pay:
    $20.00 to $25.00 per hour
  • Annualized salary range: $40,000 to $55,000 per year

  • Minimum 3 years of personal injury litigation paralegal experience
  • Strong knowledge of litigation procedures and court processes
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously
  • High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and legal case management software
