Plaintiff's Personal Injury Paralegal Requirements and Qualifications:

5+ years of experience or more as a paralegal. Routine client contact. Prior experience as a plaintiff's paralegal and your most recent role as a plaintiff's personal injury paralegal. Ability to acquire medical records and compile a medical chronology; drafting, analysis of contracts. Prepare documents such as pleadings and motions for attorneys and file them with the court. Case management and administrative work. Bilingual English/Spanish highly preferred but not required. Why Work Here? Salary BOE $60K-$85 + discretionary bonus. No weekend work.
