About Our Client Addison Group is partnering with a well-established legal organization seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Legal Assistant to support attorneys and legal staff in a fast-paced office environment. This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys organization, client interaction, and supporting legal operations. Job Description The Legal Assistant will provide administrative and operational support to attorneys and legal teams. This position involves managing documentation, coordinating schedules, assisting with case preparation, and maintaining organized records. The ideal candidate is highly organized, able to manage multiple priorities, and comfortable working in a professional legal setting. Key Responsibilities Provide day-to-day administrative support to attorneys and legal staff Draft, proofread, and format legal correspondence and documents Maintain and organize case files, both physical and electronic Coordinate attorney calendars, meetings, and court-related deadlines Communicate with clients, courts, and external contacts as needed Assist with preparing materials for hearings, filings, and legal proceedings Conduct basic research and gather case-related documentation Ensure files and records remain accurate and up to date Qualifications Prior experience in an administrative or legal support role preferred Strong organizational and time management skills Excellent written and verbal communication abilities Proficiency with Microsoft Office and standard office software Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment High level of attention to detail and professionalism Addison Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
