Salary:

This role is ideal for a mid-level legal administrative professional looking to grow within a collaborative and fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple priorities while providing high-level administrative support to attorneys and legal staff. Responsibilities Provide day-to-day administrative support to litigation attorneys and paralegals Prepare, revise, format, and proofread legal correspondence, pleadings, discovery, and other legal documents File documents in Texas state and federal courts, including e-filing support Maintain attorney calendars, schedule meetings, hearings, depositions, and deadlines Coordinate travel arrangements, expense reimbursements, and client meetings as needed Open and maintain client files and assist with document management and organization Communicate professionally with clients, courts, opposing counsel, and vendors Assist with time entry, billing support, and other administrative tasks Support trial preparation, binders, exhibits, and case logistics when necessary Qualifications 3+ years of litigation legal administrative assistant or legal secretary experience Familiarity with Texas court filing procedures and litigation workflows Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Outlook, and Excel Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a deadline-driven environment Strong written and verbal communication skills Professional demeanor with a team-oriented attitude Interested in hearing more?
