Job Description
The Cook Law Office, a personal injury firm, is actively seeking 2 outstanding candidates, one for setting up claims and the other for obtaining police reports, to join our growing team. This is an in person position at our Cedar City office where daily attendance is required. These positions will include but not limited to: Assist the attorney in answering phone calls and communicating with individuals seeking our representation Assist the attorney and supporting staff with a variety of clerical tasks Be a liaison between the attorney and other departments in the firm Opening Insurance claims Handling time sensitive documents Requesting police reports Sending out Letter Of Representation Assist with response team work Successful candidates will be: Individuals who are highly motivated and can be trusted to work with minimal supervision Those with STRONG customer service skills such as phone etiquette, email and faxes Those with a keen eye for detail Efficient workers who can handle multiple tasks Familiar with the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.) Spanish language skills are a plus but not required
