We are a small firm, so this role includes a lot of general tasks that are not specific to any one job. It is a great spot for someone looking for an entry level office position. The primary responsibilities in in this role include answering the phone, scheduling, and booking conference rooms. You will also be opening new client files, ordering and organizing medical records and bills, scanning documents, distributing the mail, closing out cases, paying bills and invoices, and ordering supplies. As we expand, there is an opportunity for more compensation and responsibility. The Firm The firm is relatively young and laid back.
