About the Role We're looking for a Litigation Paralegal who is detail-oriented, organized, and eager to grow. Experience is helpful but not required — we're happy to train the right person. What matters most is your mindset: curiosity, initiative, and a genuine desire to figure things out and make things happen. What You'll Do Support attorneys from case intake through trial — organizing files, managing discovery, and tracking deadlines. Draft and proofread pleadings, correspondence, and case documents. Communicate with clients, experts, opposing counsel, and the courts. Prepare exhibits, mediation binders, and trial notebooks. Schedule depositions, hearings, and client meetings. Maintain accurate data in our internal case management system. Learn new skills, take ownership of your work, and grow within the firm. What We're Looking For Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills. Ability to stay organized and manage competing priorities. Comfort with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel) and general computer literacy. A self-starter who takes initiative, solves problems, and asks good questions. A collaborative teammate with a positive attitude and good interpersonal skills. Willingness to learn — and to be part of something bigger than yourself. Preferred but Not Required Prior legal or paralegal experience. Paralegal degree or certificate. Spanish language skills.
