This energetic role involves managing client intake, conducting initial consultations, and supporting a variety of legal practice areas. The ideal candidate will be proactive, organized, and passionate about helping clients navigate complex legal issues. You will play a vital role in building relationships with prospective clients while ensuring efficient case management and legal support. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your legal expertise across diverse areas such as estate planning, immigration law, personal injury, and more. Duties Conduct initial client interviews to gather case details and assess eligibility for legal services Manage inbound inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms with professional phone etiquette and organizational skills Assist with client onboarding by collecting necessary documentation and explaining legal processes clearly Maintain detailed records of client interactions, case files, and intake logs in compliance with procedural law standards Collaborate with the sales team to identify potential clients and promote firm services effectively Skills Fluent in Spanish with excellent verbal and written communication abilities in both languages Proven sales experience with strong interviewing skills to engage prospective clients confidently Knowledge of diverse legal practice areas including estate planning, environmental law, immigration law, family law, personal injury law, workers' compensation law, tribal law & regulations, patent law, securities law, landlord-tenant law, UCC law, litigation procedures, and general & commercial litigation Familiarity with legal research tools such as LexisNexis and Westlaw; experience with iManage or similar document management systems preferred Proficiency in legal administrative tasks including data entry, filing, document review, proofreading, transcription and contracts management Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment Experience supporting attorneys or law offices through project management and procedural compliance Excellent phone etiquette combined with professional interpersonal skills for engaging clients effectively Ability to handle sensitive information discreetly while maintaining high levels of accuracy in all work Join us if you're eager to make a meaningful impact by connecting clients with the right legal solutions!
