This role involves assisting attorneys with case management, legal research, document preparation, and administrative tasks. Spanish and English language required. Duties Assist attorneys with case preparation and management inmigration. Draft, proofread, and review legal documents including pleadings, and correspondence to ensure accuracy and compliance with legal standards. Perform data entry tasks accurately while maintaining confidentiality of information. Coordinate meetings, interviews, and appointments; provide executive administrative support to attorneys as needed. Communicate effectively with clients via phone calls and written correspondence to gather information or provide updates on case status. Support the litigation process by preparing trial materials and organizing exhibits. Qualifications Previous experience not essential. Strong writing skills with the ability to draft legal documents clearly and concisely. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while meeting deadlines. Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated. Strong attention to detail with excellent proofreading skills.
