Knowledge of SoftPro, title requirements and clearing title defects is a must. Candidate needs to be able to handle high volume closings while maintaining a calm and professional demeanor. Candidate should have excellent verbal and written communication skills. Candidate should also be able to get along well with other members of the staff as well as clients.
