Overview Small Immigration law firm in Fairfax, Virginia is seeking a bilingual legal assistant to join a Full-Time position. The firm's main practice areas include removal defense, asylum, family immigration and waivers. Responsibilities Provide support for attorneys in every aspect of case development. Translate documents in Spanish and provide interpretation. Utilize online case management tools to track and record case status. Handle multiple phone lines, conduct client intake interviews and manage client correspondence and law firm calendar.
