Technical Proficiency Full Job Description Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Corporate Legal Administrative Assistant to support attorneys in a fast-paced law firm environment. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with strong communication and technical skills, capable of managing multiple priorities with efficiency and discretion. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Manage documents in both electronic and paper format. Manage calendar and organize daily schedule of attorney. Screen and manage calls. Coordinate onsite and offsite meetings. Manage travel arrangements for attorney. Develop documents and presentations. Ensure accurate file management. Enter time and billing information daily. Look for new methods and technology to increase attorney efficiency. Required Qualifications 3 years of experience as an executive assistant supporting senior levels in the organization. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook with excellent keyboarding skills, and the ability to process a high volume of dictation and transcription. Familiarity with legal billing, timekeeping, and document management software systems. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Excellent organizational, planning, problem-solving, administrative, and analytical skills. Ability to manage multiple complex and concurrent tasks involving several stakeholders. Superior detail orientation and time management skills. Absolute discretion. Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting attorneys in either private practice or corporate environment. Bachelor's degree. Experience with TABS billing software and NetDocs document management system. Why Join Us?
