Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a professional, dependable, and detail-oriented Bilingual Legal Receptionist to join our growing law office. This position is the first point of contact for our clients and plays an important role in providing excellent customer service while supporting the daily operations of the office. We are a small immigration office handling a high volume of cases. This position requires strong case management skills, the ability to meet deadlines, and experience maintaining accuracy while managing a busy caseload. Responsibilities
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls.
  • Greet clients and visitors professionally.
  • Schedule appointments and maintain calendars.
  • Respond to client inquiries by phone, email, and messaging platforms.
  • Assist with client intake and document collection.
  • Maintain accurate client records and files
  • Perform general administrative and office support tasks.
  • Work closely with the attorney and staff to ensure efficient office operations. Qualifications
  • Fluent in English and Spanish.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
  • Basic computer proficiency, including email and document management.
  • Prior office or customer service experience preferred.
