This vital role involves providing comprehensive administrative support to attorneys and staff, managing client communications, and ensuring the smooth operation of daily office functions. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional organizational skills, technical proficiency, and a positive attitude to help us deliver outstanding legal services. Responsibilities
  • Assist attorneys with preparing legal documents, correspondence, and reports using Microsoft Office and Word processing software
  • Manage multi-line phone systems, screen calls, and direct inquiries efficiently while maintaining professional phone etiquette
  • Coordinate calendar management, including scheduling appointments, court dates, and meetings with clients and internal teams
  • Organize and maintain filing systems—both electronic and physical—to ensure easy retrieval of case files and documents
  • Perform clerical duties such as proofreading documents, managing email correspondence, and supporting office management tasks to enhance productivity
  • Support client communication efforts by preparing summaries, follow-up notes, and ensuring timely responses to inquiries Experience
  • Previous office management or administrative experience in a legal or professional setting is highly preferred
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) along with excellent typing skills and computer literacy
