Job Description

A rapidly growing plaintiff-side personal injury law firm in Norfolk, VA is seeking an experienced Personal Injury Paralegal to join its legal team on a direct hire basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated legal professional who enjoys meaningful client advocacy, detailed case work, and a fast-paced litigation environment. As a Personal Injury Paralegal, you will support attorneys in managing a diverse caseload of personal injury matters while helping clients navigate an important and often challenging time in their lives. This role is ideal for a paralegal who is organized, proactive, and committed to delivering high-quality legal support in a client-focused practice. Key Responsibilities Manage and support a caseload of plaintiff personal injury matters from intake through resolution. Draft, organize, and review legal documents, correspondence, pleadings, discovery, and case materials. Communicate with clients, medical providers, insurance companies, opposing counsel, and court personnel. Assist attorneys with case preparation, deadlines, settlement documentation, and litigation support. Maintain accurate case files, calendars, records, and documentation in accordance with firm procedures. Provide responsive, professional client service while helping move cases forward efficiently. Compensation:
$24.09 to $28.89 per hour. Comprehensive benefits are offered.
