This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities include:
Manage a caseload of pre-litigation personal injury files from intake through settlement Communicate regularly with clients providing outstanding customer service Request, organize, and review medical records and billing statements. Assist with the preparation of legal documents Communicate with insurance companies, medical providers, and lien holders Draft demand packages, correspondence, and other case-related documents Monitor case deadlines and ensure files remain organized and up to date. Maintain accurate case notes and documentation in the firm's case management system.
The ideal candidate must have:
Excellent organizational skills Detail oriented Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills Must be able to work under time constraints Good computer skills Ability to work independently while collaborating with the team
