58k-62k Adecco is currently assisting a well-established law firm in recruiting for a Legal Assistant . This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented legal professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about supporting clients through the legal process. Key Responsibilities Support attorneys throughout all phases of the pre-litigation process. Manage case files and maintain accurate documentation. Communicate with clients, medical providers, insurance companies, and other parties. Request, organize, and review medical records and supporting documents. Prepare correspondence, legal documents, and settlement packages. Monitor case deadlines and ensure timely follow-up on outstanding items. Provide exceptional client service while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism. Qualifications Previous experience as a Legal Assistant, Litigation Assistant, or Pre-Litigation Legal Assistant preferred. Experience in personal injury law is highly desired. Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
