Job Description

Job Description We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly motivated Immigration Paralegal with at least two years of relevant experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in preparing and writing petitions, as well as a deep understanding of immigration law and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Draft and prepare immigration petitions, applications, and supporting documents
  • Conduct legal research related to immigration cases and policy changes
  • Communicate with clients to gather necessary information and documentation
  • Coordinate filings with government agencies and track case progress

Skills and Requirements Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in writing petitions and preparing immigration filings
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team setting
  • Proficiency in legal research and case management software
