Maintains and organizes files or file databases. Conducts legal or other background research, assists with preparation for trials or hearings, and drafts documents to be filed. Uses software for electronic discovery of materials such as email for a trial. May specialize in a particular area of the law such as corporate or criminal law, family law or real estate law.

Seeking:
Legal Assistant/Paralegal The ideal candidate provides support to the attorneys; communicates with clients; assists with law firm's day-to-day operations. Responsibilities include assisting with document drafting, answering and directing phone calls, scanning and filing documents, drafting correspondence, and assisting with general office and bookkeeping-related tasks. The ideal candidate must be detail-oriented, a great communicator, and proficient in Microsoft Suite and QuickBooks. Bachelors degree preferred. Opportunities for advancement.
Pay:
$25.00 - $35.00 per hour
