This role offers the opportunity to become the primary paralegal supporting our Tri-cities office. You'll support primarily Probate case but will have the opportunity to take on a wider variety of cases, including Estate Planning and Medicaid Planning as you become established in the role. Key Responsibilities As a Paralegal at ELG Estate Planning, you will: Serve as the primary paralegal in the Tri-cities office for Probate Planning matters, including document preparation and case administration Communicate with clients, families, and agencies with professionalism, clarity, and compassion Maintain highly organized files and track deadlines across multiple matters You will receive training and mentorship and become a key contributor to a team that values precision, empathy, and excellence.
