In this role, you will support attorneys in the clearance and prosecution of U.S. and foreign trademark and copyright matters, including searches, enforcement, and due diligence. As a member of the firm's professional support staff team, you will also help promote and maintain the goodwill and reputation of the firm while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and confidentiality. What You'll Do Update and maintain electronic records. Draft reporting correspondence under supervision. Develop knowledge of USPTO rules and procedures as they relate to trademark prosecution. Assist with the preparation of U.S. trademark prosecution documents for attorney review and comment. Participate in training in U.S. and international trademark and copyright issues. Maintain accurate and timely daily time entries in accordance with the firm's time-entry protocols, policies, and best practices.
