Job Description

Family Real Estate development company seeks a detail-oriented, self-motivated, experienced paralegal or escrow person to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of real estate business transactions and be hard working and goal oriented. This position will be responsible for managing documentation, drafting, conducting research, and assisting in various Real Estate oriented tasks. Potential responsibilities dependent on chosen applicant Provide executive administrative support to the Vice President and President, including managing schedules and coordinating meetings. Assist in the preparation of documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal procedures/processes. Draft correspondence and other documents as required, demonstrating attention to detail. Assist in project management by tracking deadlines and ensuring timely completion of tasks. Maintain organized files and documentation. Collaborate with team members to ensure goals are achieved/timelines are met. Skills Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Experience in document review with keen attention to detail. Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated with little supervision. Project management skills to oversee timelines and deliverables effectively.
