Job Description
We are seeking a highly-skilled, seasoned Litigation Paralegal with the necessary experience to function as a key component in the delivery of superior client service to our general litigation practice group. This person will support an assigned group of attorneys, and will be a self-starter that can hit the ground running, assist attorneys with managing complex caseloads, interact with clients frequently, and contribute meaningfully to the team. Our general litigation practice includes representation in the following areas:
- Contract disputes
- Construction law
- Employment-related disputes
- Domestic relations
- Business and corporate transactions
- Real estate matters
- Trusts and estates disputes
- Personal injury Our litigation attorneys predominantly practice in state and federal courts and administrative agencies throughout Washington.
