Full Job Description Description:
Stafford Rosenbaum is seeking a Legal Administrative Assistant to assist our family law team in our Madison office. This entry level position requires 1-2 years of administrative experience, in a law firm is preferred. This position is responsible for assisting with draft motions, pleadings, judgments, statements, documents, other correspondence and conducting legal research. Will prepare trial notebooks and will assist with preparing and reviewing discovery packages, including disclosure statements. This fast-paced position maintains confidence and professionalism with clients, attorneys and Legal Assistants across multiple communication channels.
Requirements:
The qualified candidate will have excellent written and oral communication skills, be meticulously detail-orientated and is highly organized. Must have the ability to multitask across various communication tools and simultaneous projects. Experience with Microsoft Office applications and the ability to utilize various digital legal platforms is a must. This is a full-time, Monday - Friday position with the option for hybrid (at least 3 days in office).
