Robert Half is partnering with a highly respected, full-service law firm in Madison, Wisconsin, to identify a Legal Assistant to join its growing team. Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive administrative support to attorneys, including document preparation, formatting, proofreading, and correspondence management.

Coordinate attorney calendars, meetings, depositions, appointments, and deadlines.

Prepare, organize, and maintain electronic and physical case files.

Assist with court filings and document management.

Manage client communications with professionalism, discretion, and responsiveness.

Support billing processes, time entry, expense tracking, and invoice review.

Work closely with attorneys, paralegals, and administrative staff to ensure efficient workflow and client service.

Ensure compliance with firm policies, confidentiality requirements, and legal procedures.

Monitor deadlines and assist with workload prioritization across multiple matters.
