As a vital member of our team, you will assist attorneys with case preparation, legal research, document management, and client communication, contributing to the delivery of exceptional legal support services. Responsibilities Prepare and draft legal documents including pleadings, letters and e-mail with precision and clarity. Manage case files , ensuring all records are accurate, organized, and up-to-date. Assist attorneys with client interviews by gathering pertinent information and documenting case details effectively. Support project management initiatives by coordinating deadlines, tracking case progress, and maintaining procedural law compliance. Review documents for accuracy, confidentiality, and adherence to procedural standards; proofread all legal materials meticulously. Handle administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, scheduling appointments, and managing communication channels with professionalism and courtesy. Qualifications Proven experience as a paralegal or in a legal support role within law offices or corporate legal departments. Will also consider recent college graduates. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; adept at client communication with professional phone etiquette. Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information discreetly and responsibly. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel), Word processing, transcription services, and data entry tasks.
