Robert Half is partnering with a well-established and growing corporate organization seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join its in-house legal team. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented legal professional who enjoys managing litigation matters, collaborating with business stakeholders, and supporting a dynamic legal department. Key ResponsibilitiesManage a variety of litigation and pre-litigation matters, including maintaining case files, tracking deadlines, and ensuring timely progression of legal matters.

Support the intake and management of new claims by gathering information, assisting with investigations, and preparing reports for insurance carriers.

Coordinate responses to subpoenas, document requests, and other legal inquiries.

Assist with document collection, organization, and production for litigation matters.

Maintain communication with outside counsel, insurers, vendors, and other third-party partners.

Monitor legal deadlines and ensure compliance with court and regulatory requirements.

Support the legal team with case management, reporting, and administrative functions as needed.
