Job Description

Part Time Legal Assistant-City Attorney The Watertown City Attorney's Office is seeking friendly and detail minded candidates with a background in municipal law! This position will be responsible for supporting the City Attorney and Paralegal with a variety of tasks including drafting, reviewing, and formatting documents, scheduling, and other administrative functions of a confidential nature. High School Graduate with proficiency in Microsoft Office programs required. Prior experience with Adobe Acrobat is preferred. Prior experience as administrative or legal assistant recommended.
Hours:
This a part-time position averaging no more than 30 hours a week Monday through Friday. Wage range starts at $25.42 - $26.71, DOQ. Benefits package includes but is not limited to: paid vacation, holiday bank, sick, medical, dental, vision, Income Continuation Insurance, Wisconsin Retirement System, Flex Spending, Deferred Compensation and regular working hours.
