,Job Summary We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Real Estate Paralegal to join our dynamic legal team. In this role, you will provide essential support in real estate transactions, estate planning, and related legal matters. Your expertise will help streamline case management, facilitate document review, and ensure compliance with applicable laws. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects within a fast-paced law office environment, contributing to successful client outcomes and efficient legal processes. Responsibilities Assist attorneys with real estate transactions, including title searches, due diligence, and document preparation Draft, review, and proofread legal documents including contracts, deeds, leases, and closing statements Manage case files using legal case management systems like iManage and PCLaw; ensure all documents are properly organized and maintained Perform comprehensive document review and data entry to support litigation and transactional work Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams through effective interviewing and communication skills Support administrative tasks such as filing, transcription, proofreading, and maintaining document management systems Skills Proven experience as a paralegal in a law office setting with familiarity in real estate law and other practice areas such as family law, securities law, patent law, workers' compensation law, personal injury law, immigration law, and litigation Strong research skills utilizing Westlaw, LexisNexis, and other legal research tools Excellent writing skills for drafting legal documents and correspondence; keen proofreading abilities Knowledge of estate planning procedures, environmental regulations, UCC law (Uniform Commercial Code), tribal regulations & procedures Effective project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail in document review and data entry Strong phone etiquette and interpersonal skills for interviewing clients or witnesses when necessary Ability to perform legal research accurately while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism Join our team to play a vital role in supporting complex legal cases while advancing your career in a collaborative environment that values your expertise!
