About us First Class Parking Managment is a full service parking management firm.
We provide:
consulting services, direction parking, parking enforcement, lot management and valet services throughout the Bay Area Our work environment includes:
Parking Lots Garages Hospitality Industry Duties:
  • Patrol parking lot on foot
  • Utilize an easy to use LPR (license plate reader) software to track the length of time a vehicle has been parked
  • Issue warning notices to vehicles that violate the parking policy
  • Log details into the smart phone app used to track vehicle parking time
  • Observe and report any suspicious activities or incidents
  • Coordinating with management when towing is required
  • Lock and unlock gates
Skills:
  • Ability to use basic smartphone applications
  • Fluent speaking English. Can both read and write in English.
  • Able to stand and walk for the duration of the shift
  • Ability to handle various situations calmly and professionally
  • Excellent customer service skills

Only local candidates (within 20 minutes of Burlingame) should apply. Must be able to work one or more shifts per week from 10am
  • 6pm.
