Job Description

Job Summary We are a large HOA in Concord with facilities like pools, tennis courts, playgrounds, a Clubhouse, etc. We are looking for a part -time employee to walk the facilities and enforce the HOA rules, like checking ID badges/membership and making sure non-residents aren't trespassing. We are setup like a country club, and members need to have their ID badge on their person. Will also need help enforcing rules around the pools and common areas. Position is unarmed. Enforcement involves asking individuals to leave, then calling the police for assistance if they refuse or continue breaking a rule or policy. Schedule is flexible. Looking for 3-4 shifts per week of around 4-6 hours. Some weekends and evenings required (ideally when facilities like our pools and courts are busiest). Generally just want coverage through the week in the summer and fall months, so this will be a seasonal position. Would be ideal for someone with experience working security or in a position of enforcement. Entire shift will be outdoors, walking around the grounds. Salary is $23/hr to start. It's a small team, and won't have that much of a corporate feel. You'll report directly to the GM who will handle scheduling and payroll.
