Overview Join our parking enforcement team as a Parking Enforcement Specialist . In this overnight, field-based position, you will patrol assigned private properties, identify parking violations, and install vehicle immobilization devices—commonly known as parking boots—on vehicles that are parked in violation of posted rules. This is a commission-based position , so the ideal candidate must be self-motivated, dependable, and able to remain productive throughout the entire shift. You will use company software to document violations, process enforcement activity, and monitor boot releases. If a boot is paid and released during your shift, you will be responsible for returning to the vehicle and retrieving it before your shift ends. This position covers a large service area throughout the Denver metro region, from Highlands Ranch to Longmont.

Transportation:

A reliable personal vehicle is required. A daily gas per diem is provided. Duties Patrol assigned private properties throughout the Denver metro area. Identify vehicles that violate posted parking rules and property regulations. Install parking boots on vehicles according to company procedures and authorized property enforcement policies. Use company software to verify vehicles, document violations, upload photographs, and complete enforcement reports. Accurately record vehicle information, license plate numbers, locations, and violation details. Monitor the company's software for customer payments and boot releases throughout the shift. Return to released vehicles and retrieve paid parking boots at any time during the shift, including up until 6:00 a.m. Locate and recover boots that are removed from vehicles without authorization using company-provided GPS tracking information. Communicate professionally with customers, property managers, dispatchers, and other parking enforcement personnel. Provide strong customer service while representing the company in the field. Remain calm and use de-escalation skills during confrontational or high-stress situations. Handle cash or electronic payments when required and maintain accurate records. Inspect recovered equipment and report any damage, loss, or maintenance concerns. Remain motivated, alert, and productive throughout the entire overnight shift. Safely operate a personal vehicle throughout the assigned service area. Follow all company safety procedures, enforcement policies, and documentation requirements. Requirements Must have a reliable personal vehicle. Must possess a valid driver's license. Must maintain current automobile registration and insurance. Must pass a background check. Must have a reliable smartphone with GPS, camera, internet access, and communication capabilities. Must be comfortable learning and regularly using parking enforcement software. Strong customer service and communication skills are required. Must be able to remain professional and de-escalate stressful or confrontational situations. Must be self-motivated and comfortable working in a commission-based position. Must be dependable, punctual, organized, and able to work independently with limited supervision. Must be available for the entire 9:00 p.m.-6:00 a.m. shift. Must remain available to retrieve released boots through the end of the shift. Must be comfortable working outdoors at night and in different weather conditions. Must be comfortable driving throughout a large service territory. Must be comfortable handling money and maintaining accurate records. Must be able to sit, drive, walk, bend, and install or remove parking boots for extended periods. Previous experience in parking enforcement, towing, security, delivery services, collections, or customer service is helpful but not required.
