Starting Pay:
$17.00 per hour- Job Responsibilities
- Patrol assigned residential and commercial properties
- Enforce parking rules and property regulations
- Monitor unauthorized or suspicious vehicles on property
- Report vehicles that are not authorized to be on-site
- Conduct detailed parking inspections and documentation
- Issue warnings and violation notices when necessary
- Maintain accurate reports and activity logs
- Communicate professionally with residents, management, and supervisors
- Respond quickly and efficiently to parking-related incidents
- Follow assigned patrol routes and schedules
- Requirements
- Prior security experience required
- Strong work ethic and professional attitude
- Must be reliable, alert, and able to work independently
- Clean driving record required
- No speeding tickets within the last 2 years
- Must be able to pass a drug test
- Must pass a criminal background check
- Local police record/background pull required from your local police department
- Reliable transportation required to report to assigned work locations
- Officer will be required to operate and patrol in company vehicles while enforcing parking regulations and property rules
- Must be comfortable driving throughout assigned patrol routes for extended periods
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays if needed
- Strong observation and reporting skills
- Experience in parking enforcement, patrol, or security operations is a plus
- Qualifications
- Florida Security License is preferred
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
- Must be physically capable of walking properties and patrol routes for extended periods
