Perform routine foot patrols inside and outside the mall as assigned.
Monitor the property for suspicious activity, safety hazards, vandalism, theft, trespassing, and other security concerns. Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, disturbances, accidents, and other incidents.
Provide assistance and directions to customers, e mployees, tenants, and visitors in a professional manner.
Enforce mall security policies and procedures.
Conduct security checks of doors, gates, restricted areas, and other designated locations.
Report and document security incidents, accidents, and unusual activity accurately and promptly.
Maintain communication with the Security Operations Center, supervisors, and other security personnel.
Assist with emergency procedures, evacuations, medical emergencies, and crowd control when necessary.
Contact and cooperate with local law enforcement, fire, and emergency medical services when required.
Operate a company security vehicle safely and responsibly while conducting patrols.
Maintain a visible security presence throughout the property.
Perform other security-related duties as assigned by management. Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available -, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more.
