Job Description
Responsibilities Patrol assigned parking areas on foot Issue parking violations using a handheld electronic device Understand and explain basic parking regulations Assist customers with parking meters and the parking app Answer questions and interact professionally with the public Follow established parking enforcement procedures Requirements Must be comfortable standing and walking for an entire shift Friendly, outgoing, and professional with the public Comfortable using a handheld electronic device similar to a smartphone Able to understand and explain parking regulations Must pass a background check Valid driver's license required only for employees assigned to drive an enforcement vehicle No previous parking enforcement experience required — training is provided
